Shipping

Every order placed with Retronyma has been delivered. From the moment you purchase, we are accountable to you. You can ask the customers yourself.

PRE-MADE ITEMS

In stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed and sent out within 1 to 5 business days.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Some items are produced after your order is placed. Pre-orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks. This will always be clearly stated on the product listing. By ordering a pre-order item, you are agreeing to that timeframe.

US shipping is always free.

We ship internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number at the email used at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we do not issue refunds as it is out of our control at that point. If you believe your situation is exceptional, reach out and our team will review it.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will handle it.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, check with your neighbors or local post office first, then reach out to us. We cannot guarantee replacements for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
