All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Every item is quality control checked before it leaves our hands. Once it has been shipped, what happens to it in transit is outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for it.
If you believe your situation is truly exceptional, you are welcome to reach out to our team. We will review it and if we determine a compromise is appropriate, we will work something out. This is reserved for extreme circumstances and is handled entirely at our discretion.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will not be able to assist with claims submitted after that window.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are non-refundable once the order is placed. By purchasing a pre-order, you are agreeing to the fulfillment timeline stated at the time of purchase.
SIZING
Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. If you are unsure, reach out to us before you buy and we will help you figure it out.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for it. If your package has not arrived and tracking shows it as delivered, contact your local post office or carrier first. Reach out to us after and we will do what we can, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in these cases.
